Description

This easy homemade raspberry vinaigrette is sweet, tangy, and made with raspberry preserves for a flavorful dressing that’s ready in just minutes. It’s perfect for green salads, grilled chicken, fresh berries, and your favorite summer meals.

Ingredients

Units
  • 1/2 cup of neutral-flavored oil (I like avocado oil). You can also use olive oil if you prefer.
  • 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup of raspberry preserves
  • 2 teaspoons of stone-ground or Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Honey - (This is optional. The preserves usually make this dressing sweet enough, but if you want a little extra sweetness, stir in a spoonful of honey).

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Taste and adjust salt and pepper, if needed.
  3. Optional – add a teaspoon or two of honey for extra sweetness.
  4. Serve or refrigerate.
