This simple Homemade French Dressing is creamy, sweet and tangy. It comes together quickly and is perfect for dressing your favorite fresh salad.


Units Scale
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup sugar (If you opt to use a sugar substitute you may need less. Add to your taste)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup neutral-flavored oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt


For best results, blend all ingredients in an electric blender for 6o seconds or until the dressing is creamy and fully mixed. If you don’t have a blender, you can combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk them until they are thoroughly mixed.
